We work closely with your Veterinarian to deliver any treatments that they have prescribed for your pet to receive at home. These services require a prescription or a referral from your Vet Clinic.
Please note that your Veterinary Clinic must provide all medicines, equipment, and materials.
Some of the services our Vet Nurse can provide at your place by referral from your Vet are:
- Giving your pet the medicines you don’t feel confident doing yourself (eyes, ears, oral, injectable or others).
- Wound cleaning;
- Bandage changing;
- Medicated shampoo baths;
- Checking your pet’s blood pressure;
- Performing blood glucose testing;
- Fluid therapy;
- Stitches removal;
- Post-surgery checks;
- Collecting diagnostic samples requested by your Vet.
We can also provide:
- Vet nursing support during home veterinarian consults or euthanasia.
- Pet Taxi and Vet consult support for owners that cannot make it to the Vet Clinic (includes home pick up, assistance at the Vet Consult, pet drop off and owner orientation).
